Simple request made NOTE OF ON MY RECIEPT was NOT followed. I understand business, but when you take a note and still forget makes for a ton of mistakes going forward. Good Luck decent sandwich, hmmm but was missing something. I can't seem to put my finger on what it's missing, I WONDER WHY?

I got the original Philly cheesesteak with cheese wiz . 10/10 I also got an order with gravy for my fries . The gravy tasted like they poured salt and pepper packets in it - wasn’t a fan. Also might be better if it was served warm and not cold. The service was good and quick. The atmosphere was okay - not very well lit kind of like a hole in the wall. Over all I would return.
